Here is a pic of my staghorn fern. I built a two foot square box with hardware cloth on the bottom to hold it and it hangs from a live oak tree via galvanized chain, It would be tuff to move.

It is so nice to have the room for such a beautiful Staghorn fern. I still miss mine sometimes. It filled a whole living room corner and I had to give it away....

It doesn't take much care. I just water it with the hose, throw banana peels on it every once in a while and protect it from a freeze by throwing a blanket over it and hanging a shop light under it.
