I THINK THE ECHEVERIA I HAVE IS DORIS TAYLOR BUT IF COULD SEE WHAT THE BLOOM LOOKS I WOULD KNOW FOR SURE. MY PLANT HAS SENT OUT 2 SIDE BRANCHES WHICH CONTAIN THE BLOOMS. IT'S STARTING TO LOOK UNGAINLY AND WONDERED IF I PRUNED IT WHAT WOULD HAPPEN.

Hi YCNAN,
Welcome! to NGA, so nice to meet you.
Can you show us a photo of your plant? If it is 'Doris Taylor' you might want to let the blooms mature and watch the color show. They are beautiful. Pruning the bloom stalks off shouldn't hurt the plant.
