Thank You! I believe it's native to South Africa and luckily for me I am able to purchase it here in Australia.
Don't worry about space pepper23. This plant is tiny. Mine is a first time bloom and the flower is only about 2.5cm across. I believe a flower on a mature bulb will grow 5cm across. I recommend finding a spot for it. You won't be disappointed.

I measured my moraea aristata flower today and it is actually 4cm across and not 2.5cm. My estimating skills need improving Hilarious!
