Guess that means when I win I can't jump up and down, fall to my knees and spin on my head?

Hi Mike, I would like 20 of the lily of the valley, and 1 or 2 plumerias, but I am unclear on which plumies are fully rooted (which is what I would like). Quantity depends on the price. Please let me know which you think are best.

Thanks...

Brenda
