You know, someone else suggested that and the snow was wet and heavy, perfect for throwing snowballs or making snow"people"! (have to be careful with using that "men" stuff! ) Off the record, I don't think us m-- are the superior sex any more, as I matter of fact, I am having difficulty remembering when us m-- ever were! LOL. Oh well, "they" can't do any worse than we did! LOL. Cheers!

I love this thread so I hope it stays open. What I didn't do in the garden was order a daylily online to hopefully win the freebie - didn't win I should know I never win anything

Threads stay open unless for some reason admin decides to "lock" them to prevent further posting. Lots of threads get dredged up from the past (even after no posts for years) when someone rediscovers them; kind of like digging up buried treasure

What I did NOT do in the garden today was to go help my girlfriend clean up a room in the cabin they are building so that we could set it up into a bedroom for her son. The cabin is across the road from her home. She had bedroom furniture covered with tarps on a flatbed trailer so after we cleaned all the building material out of the room, we emptied the trailer and got the room set up. It really looks nice. We also had to deal with a mouse which I managed to drop a board on top of. Sorry mouse. You were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

RoseBlush1 said:I like this thread because it works well for a sister thread as Greene intended.
It would be nice if everyone would respect the original gardening thread and post their chatty stuff on this thread. The main reason I created this sister thread was to keep the gardening thread for...well, gardening.
I give up trying to get people to behave like adults.
