Since I'm not even sure what a watermark is, I hope I've picked the right type of daylily here. I've picked my favorite five:

MUCH ADO ABOUT MAGIC - My favorite so far
Thumb of 2012-01-21/Betja/568975 Thumb of 2012-01-21/Betja/201e47

BITTEN AG'IN - A toothy favorite!
Thumb of 2012-01-21/Betja/9aa1ab

RASPBERRY FLAMBE
Thumb of 2012-01-21/Betja/84a91e

CARY GRANT - Received this one as a bonus plant, and I love it!
Thumb of 2012-01-21/Betja/41ce65

LINDA BECK
Thumb of 2012-01-21/Betja/009df3

If some of these do not have a true watermark, please let me know -- this is a learning exercise for me.

Anyone else?

Lovely. CARY GRANT is my favorite there but they are all so pretty. I do love watermarks myself and have lots and lots of them. MAN OF SORROWS (Emmerich) comes to mind right away.

Betty, that is a very nice picture of Bitten Ag'in! Love the teeth on the sepals, too.

Wow -- thanks guys for posting those beauties! They are all spectacular! And thanks Lyle for posting the definition of a watermark. I wasn't sure if the watermark could be in another color, as seems to be the case with BITTEN AG'IN. I think daylilies with a watermark are some of my most favorite ones!

Does anyone else have any they would like to share?

I love watermarks. I feel like it softens the look and adds such interest. Keeps you looking. These are all beautiful blooms gang.

OOOH, I adore watermarks! And those are some gorgeous examples. Especially love Cary Grant and Bitten Ag'in! And Linda Beck is gorgeous too!

Minority, here, in that I don't really care for watermarks generally, but I agree with Betty. Those two are beautiful.
It’s okay to not know all the answers.

Bill Munson's watermarked daylilies were what got me addicted in the first place! Now I only have one of his left...

Lexington Avenue:
Thumb of 2012-01-22/mlt/f9ed2d

Nile Plum - gave away this past summer. Why did I do that?

Malaysian Monarch - didn't bloom heavily enough for me, but those blooms were beautiful:

I still have these:

Thanks, Betty. I still have LEXINGTON AVENUE and ME AND MY SHADOW (Munson-Rice). FRANKLIN EDWARD LEAGUE is a Munson, too, but I gave it away last year. I put it in the wrong place in the list. I kind of regret giving those last 2 away. Maybe I will have to find them again. I gave my entire clump of NILE PLUM to a doctor who retired from where I work. I know she will enjoy it! I get frantic trying to find space for new plants and end up giving some away that I wish I hadn't, or had at least kept a couple fans of!

I love WHITE EYES PINK DRAGON, too.
