I have an image here which I am about to upload to the database. But first a question. I have modified it to indicate the places where the plant flowered each successive year. I am wondering if that would be in the category of "non-plant items" we are supposed to avoid.
Should I upload the original image or is the modified version okay?
The modified version is perfectly acceptable. I think for this kind of photo you might choose the "Documentation" gallery since you're documenting some fact about the plant with this photo.
