You may or may not recall that I visited the Merian Gardens on 20 May this year and mentioned that I would upload the photos to the database. I actually promised to do it before Christmas and well, lookie here Christmas is only three weeks off so I think I better get a move on. I will be uploading most of the photos to the database and will reserve this thread for the ones that seem to be incorrectly labelled and maybe someone can ID them (some visitors do weird things with labels )
In the meantime, here is a reminder of what the gardens look like
Just as a matter of interest, they also have a great Peony collection but we were a little early to see them in full bloom. This is one we did see: Paeonia x suffruticosa 'Kintei'

I had a little trouble finding 'Elizabeth Poldark' in the database - the Merian Garden label spells it with an 's' and not a 'z'
Searching the internet confirmed that it is spelt with a 'z' - mistakes can happen

I have filled the 'recent images' with iris so I am going to give it a break and carry on tomorrow. It has actually been fun going through the photos again and it made me wonder what the Merian Gardens do with all their increases I have never heard of them selling iris - maybe I should contact them next season around dividing time
Night all ...

@evermorelawnless I have just noticed that there isn't a way to search the database with a location filter so I am going to link the photos to thread as requested
