I was marveling at how well this flower lasted in these cool temperature ranges from frosty to 65F every day. I took a few photos and wondered how I could have missed this. Here is a photo from yesterday, four days since the one posted above. One of the flags is half with the falls color and half a beard and the other half is normal flag coloration. I've see extra flags and falls but never this particular variation. A second normal flower on this stem opened today. Love how long these are lasting. More substantial and the color is slightly better. Still a beauty.
