TYVM! Neoregelia. I can't seem to get it to propagate for me, so it's just getting bigger & bigger right there.

Not sure which Neo you have but it looks like it multiplies by stolons which are easy to separate and root.
It does make a very pretty combination pot....

I have some neos that just continue to grow and don't even put out stolens. Some broms must be much slower growing than others.

The one I have was borderline suicidal the first 18 months or so, then finally started doing better. I think part of it was not realizing how much sun it would enjoy. I've gotten that pot acclimated to direct sun for most of the morning. I was thinking about trying to propagate again now that it's so much more happy. Vigorous material is always more likely to propagate, as I'm sure you know.

I'm slowly getting my broms into more sun. They are in morning sun only right now.
