Always room to plant one more!

I posted in the bee forum but want to do it here as well. A couple in Sioux City, Iowa had a bee farm. Vandals destroyed everything, about 500,000 bees killed.
The couple is of course so devastated and said this has done them in since the damages are 50-60,000 dollars. I saw the story on the news the other night. I emailed the tv news station and suggested they get in touch with the bee farm owners to suggest a Go Fund Me page, then broadcast the fund on the news, maybe they could get up and running again, bees are precious and I think people would donate. If you do a google search you can read more about it.

You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because they have roses!

I have no use for internet bullies!

They have already exceeded their goal of $24,000. Thus far, they have raised over $36,000. Plus their local beekeepers' association will be there to assist. We belong to a beekeepers' association here and it's like a big family.

Edited to add:
They accomplished this in about 3 days. Like I said; beekeepers stick together.
