Binge watching Chinese drama Love 020, really interesting how they combined the life of the characters inside a video game with the real life aspect. It is 30 episodes long, so it will be long binge watch for sure. Smiling

Will get Netflix once we're home (at my daughter's, after my mom's funeral today) and will speak to our tv provider about dumping much of our "bundles" as we're not liking the cost of all the channels. Even buying a new streaming-capable tv will be cheaper than one month's cable bill.

Outlander is wonderful!! nodding

Really enjoying Game Of Thrones. About halfway thru season 3 so far. Many weddings planned, 4 I think. We will see if all or any actually happen because this show has many plot twists and things change course.

RGR review of Molly's Game, great movie based on a true story, great acting all around. The only ding would be sometimes the verbiage is a little difficult to understand, because the actor is talking so fast. Rated R for some violence, but honestly seen worse in a PG13 movies. Good for 15-adult, younger would not understand. 5 out of 5 shovels.

Binge watching chinese drama: Princess Weiyoung. So far it is very interesting I always like historical period settings. A good way to bide my time while waiting for the new season of Game of Thrones.

Watching 3 seasons of Granite Flats on Netflix, starts out a little slow as it sets up, but it's a nice show.

I finished season 3 of Game Of Thrones and will soon start on season 4. Plot twists, wow. I sure did not see any of what happened coming. This show is just fabulous.

Karen - my daughter was recommending Black Mirror. She said "don't worry about the first episode, it picks up after that"

Thanks, Susan. That first episode was pretty bad! Maybe we'll give it a second chance.

I think lots of things are not good for the first episode, it's mostly trying to set up the story and introduce characters so a first episode usually is kind of boring or doesn't have much story yet to it.

Thing is if something doesn't grab me with the first episode ( or first few minutes in a movie) then I give up on it. No patience!!

I watched New Episodes of Dr Pol last night. They showed it on both Nat Geo Wild (were it always is) and Nat Geo. I like that show. All sorts of animals to be treated and I like Mr and Mrs Pol, Charles and Dr. Brenda and Dr Emily.
