Not only a lovely banner, but also I'm thinking, a bit of a hike in the winter wonderland might have been enjoyed (or tolerated? ... sorry it's been frigid here!). Of course, it might be a view off a balcony. Either way, wonderful job.

@Char, I spent Sunday in Vermont, mostly at the Vermont Country Store. Your lovely banner stretches out the memory. So picturesque! Cold, but picturesque! I think all of Vermont was in that store! Temps hovered around zero.

Thank you all for the wonderful comments and acorns.
The Vermont Country Store is an amazing place! Our local Dan & Whit's motto is "If we don't have it, you don't need it", so typical of the old country stores. Even though it was much warmer on Dec. 10th when I took the image there was no need to hike, our road goes through the farmers hay fields. I stopped to grab the camera as I headed out the door that day thinking there might be a few opportunities to get images with the sun starting to poke through the dark storm clouds. So happy you enjoyed seeing a view I tend to take for granted.
