Aha, if only it were! That's variegated wallflower foliage. Used to be known as Cheiranthus,
but now Erysimum.

Every flower in this bouquet is a winner!

I'm grateful for all the seed I've been given or acquired from some wonderful breeders - especially now in the henryi stuff, I have the material now for some promising breeding and enough to pick for shows. Those flowers survived being strewn around the boot of my car, then clumsily reassembled at the hall... I have a long way to go when it comes to flower arranging!!

This one is gorgeous, Della! The colors are so incredibly rich!

Isn't it just!? Lovey dubby Happy you like it!

I have some more pics to go through and process, and my home looks like a mini flower show now I've brought everything back! It was a wonderful show. But time to relax! Hilarious!

dellac said:Well deserved! It was a lovely stem, came close to being Grand Champion!

It was very hard to judge this year. Usually something stands out head and shoulders above the rest, but not this time. A stem of 'Kaveri' from Rod Barwick (Glenbrook Bulb Farm) took the honours.

The Grand Champ's table:

I made a mistake; 'Kaveri' wasn't from Rod, it was from Nathan Barwick, who grows some beautiful and rarer species on the slopes of Mt. Wellington. Apologies. *Blush*

From the kid's entries, goodnight!
