Three family Fabaceae commodity crops I'm sure I want to try growing this spring, already have good looking organic seed for Broadbean & Peanut. Definitely wanting to interplant. Thinking maybe peanuts & russet potatoes, since they're both planted deep and dug up at the end of the season. I like to grow amaranthus retroflexus since it's stupidly easy and the seeds are alright puffed, but I don't know if it would have too much nitrogen if grown with inoculated legumes? Maybe okra would do well with peanuts.
