Here is the quick response from Julie, our Pres.

She needs to submit a “contact us” form on the Portal and include her full name and address, or the alternative would be to send Pat a private email at :
[email protected]
Pat will then be able to help her. But Pat must have that basic information in order to track what has happened.
Depending on her location, it takes usually a week to 10 days in order for Pat to get the membership information mailed out, so it possibly may have mailed but not arrived.

*When you go onto the AHS portal, that is where you do a 'contact us'. But it looks like you might need to wait for the 10 days if that is what is normal for Pat to get out the info. Pat would be the next person to contact. Hope it works out quickly for you. My thoughts are that there is info being mailed that is not able to be forwarded on the internet.
