She needs to submit a “contact us” form on the Portal and include her full name and address, or the alternative would be to send Pat a private email at :

[email protected]


Pat will then be able to help her. But Pat must have that basic information in order to track what has happened.


Depending on her location, it takes usually a week to 10 days in order for Pat to get the membership information mailed out, so it possibly may have mailed but not arrived.

*When you go onto the AHS portal, that is where you do a 'contact us'. But it looks like you might need to wait for the 10 days if that is what is normal for Pat to get out the info. Pat would be the next person to contact. Hope it works out quickly for you. My thoughts are that there is info being mailed that is not able to be forwarded on the internet.

Sometimes an email reply takes awhile to be sent. I don't know if it's a glitch in the system or what. I ordered something from the media library, received it as a download, and then about a month later got the email notification from AHS saying it has been sent out to me.

Yes, sometimes these things take a while. I renewed by mail on Dec. 1st, and in mid January they emailed me that my membership was expiring and it would be lovely if I renewed. So I emailed Pat and asked if there was a problem, never heard anything back from her, but my membership seems to be continuing because about a week or ten days ago I heard from AHS again, inviting me to take advantage of the portal.

I mailed in my AHS renewal a month ago and just now got confirmation on it, so it does take awhile.

Oh yeah, there is another benefit.

The Daylily E News. A monthly newsletter that gets sent to members who sign up for it. Great short newsletter with pics, an article or two on a daylily grower or hybridizer, and other news events.

One just came today. A featured response from Maryott about variegation in daylily foliage. Several other articles, and some nice photos.

I upped my membership from one year to three year when I renewed in January. Guess what came in the mail yesterday???? A voucher!!! I did not realize you got one for going up a step in membership. Wahoo!!!!!!!!! That means I can get more from Maryott's than I thought !!!!

I received my voucher in the mail today..Now who do I use it on ??? Any ideas ??
