Thread OP

Hello everybody, this is my first post
I bought a floral design course to my wife as a gift, since I knew she liked very much the idea
From the course they told me she will need (in Italian) "canovaccio, forbici, forbicione, scotch e coltello"
This should mean more or less "cloth, scissors, shears, tape and knife"
I really have no idea if this is the real translation (I asked also in an Italian forum but I got no answer)
Perhaps you can help to identify this basic tools, so that if she doesn't have them already I will buy the missing ones
Thanks

Also, I would be grateful if you could give some advice on good ones, especially shears and knife, and perhaps other additional basic tools she might need

How lovely for you to present such a wonderful gift, I'm sure she will be delighted.

Don't worry so much about the tools needed. I'm sure the teacher will be able to set her up with all the tools needed . Most florist shops or hobby stores carry all the supplies for floral arranging.

Cheers Smiling
