I am determined to grow some of these this year!

Have you grown them? Any and all tips and pointers appreciated!

I have seeds, but I've yet to start any.

I grew them from a 4" pot purchase but didn't save seeds, I was in the process of moving so too much going on. I'll probably try them again eventually.

Okay. Smiling From the info I've found so far, it looks like I shouldn't winter sow these, so I'll have to wait a bit longer before beginning.

They're very easy to grow from seed! And you'll get volunteers the next year, too. I've had them growing for about 3 years now.

Thanks, Woofie!

Did you scatter seed in spring, or germinate them indoors and then plant them out? Or, since you had them self-seed, perhaps I could winter sow them?

The first and second years I started them indoors (and they got a bit leggy), but the last couple of years I've just had volunteers from the original ones. Given that, it does seem like you could winter sow them successfully. You could try both! Smiling

I do have enough seed to try both methods; and that sounds like a good idea! I'll do it. Thumbs up

Thanks, again!
