I was surprised that noone mentioned my absolute favorite. Pink Girl. Big Beef and Wild Boar Solar Flare are also some of my top picks. This year, I am also trying Stump of the World. Someone from Kentucky gave me the seeds.

Did you boost her ego ? Did you get her dressed up before you ate her ?

My co-workers snapped up all my spare tomato and eggplant plants. I have a Big Mama and a Celebrity in reserve just in case something happened to my other ones, I will probably give them away next week.
Peppers are still sitting out waiting to be transplanted. It got cool and wet, so I'm going to let it warm up a bit again. But I have Carmen and Takii Ace plants with flowers.

But this tomato is really stepping up to the plate early... loaded with all sizes of tomatoes and it won't be long before I can start grazing on them.
First year to grow Dixie Red.
And it will be the first tomato to deliver for the season.

How long does it take tomatoes to ripen. I am getting impatient.
