I'm definitely not good at transplanting the seeds from paper to soil. I do best with the conventional method- just sprinkling seeds into soil. And my best results better are when wintersowing, because Mother Nature makes all the decisions, and the poor babies don't have to rely on me for a drink of water.

I start my artichokes this way every year. For some reason, I can't get them to germinate if they are directly sown, but the Deno method works flawlessly for me. Just started some artichokes today.
