How did they turn out?

I'm lazy and old and not about to spend time in turnng piles...I compost in situ...dig it in wherever there's an open spot....all kitchen waste that is not meat or greasy...
I could be wrong...

It's a lot easier to turn my compost than to dig my clay soil. Hilarious!

At the time we had a friend in Alaska who used potato barrels. There is a photo of them in the article. Also, some arguments for keeping soil right side up in gardens.

This was a fascinating article and very informative. I especially enjoyed your Figure 5 photo, that shows the layers! I tip my hat to you.

If it is for the purpose of study and research. Thanks to The Health and Science Library.

I looks like one cannot download it anymore as it has gone to print. But My library has 3 copies now, so I will just check it out. Grin
