It says don't forget to wear gloves under the extra section. I know better. I wear gloves even for prepping food. I'm not going to go without.

I think most dogs are smart enough to not eat hot peppers.

Azalea is supposed to be very toxic to dogs, yet it is one of the commonest of shrubs on the East Coast and south- and dogs seem to be thriving. Shrug!

We made habanero paste one time- wow the fumes from the processor! I got whole new respect for it!
Plant it and they will come.

That is so sad. That SoCal could only comment on the annoyance of barking dogs and not one word for a dog being in pain, no way to tell someone, or any relief.
For the record a dog with a burning mouth wouldn't be barking, they'd cry and whimper.
No need for her usual tantrum, she's blocked.

I was kidding when I was making that comment. But I suggest to you, Deeby, to put me on ignore list. Why don't you do that if my comments annoy you.
Unlike some people here, I rarely send I am holier than thou message. In other words why can't you play nice for chance. What temper tantrum. You are normally the one who likes to criticize people. This is the 3rd time you attacked me on this forum. Yeap, you are on my ignore list too, I am also reporting to the mods to remove your post.

I'm reposting this post to show Deeby was trying to be a dictator, throwing tanner tantrum. JBartstool summed it up nicely.

It's not about food, I'm just trying to show the person who said I throw temper tantrum was actually throwing temper tantrums in multiple threads. She attacked people when she herself violated her own criticism. She mentioned food, fast food she ate that had nothing to do with the garden which she objected to earlier when somebody mentioned lamb.
Garden forum should be friendly, that is all I'm saying. It's not a place to bully people.

I feel that I may have misunderstood SoCal's post about dogs and hot peppers.
I shouldn't have jumped on her and I apologize. *Blush*

Actually a lot of these peppers are not that hot! I really like the habaneros that I would classify
as seasoning peppers which are not really that hot. It is really only the Super Hots that are really
very hot.

Again, I am very very wimpy at hot peppers, if my Habaneros in 2020 were 'not that hot'.
Plant it and they will come.

Well I guess I will go ahead and order my chili peppers. We will see what happens as I will hope
that the peppers I chose won't be sold out as one of my favorite seasoning pepper is already
sold out. It looks like I will get all 12 plants that I chose.

I ordered seed yesterday for the MG sale, I wanted to get Emerald Fire jalapeño, but already sold out. I got Goliath instead. From the description it's much the same. I was looking for a big, thick jalapeño that was a good stuffer. This one is supposedly 4" long by 2" wide.

I inventoried the freezer last weekend to decide what I need to plant more (or less) of and peppers lost. Only doing a few plants this summer. Corno di Toro red and also trying Corno di Toro yellow again that would be correct this time hopefully. And a new to me one is Habanada. I don't do much hot. Crying
