Luckily I have my wonderful sweet son to help me with everything. If not for him I would no longer be able to garden at my age.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes. I will be jumping for joy (figuratively speaking) when I get my boxes. It is like Christmas when I open the boxes. Actually even better than Christmas because I have picked every single one of them. Last Christmas I received some money which of course went to my new daylilies.

The weather is glorious and sunny today with a high of 74 expected. The birds have returned. Most mornings a mockingbird sings outside the back door. It is our state bird and very distinctive. I hear doves out there right now.

Dot, Beautiful blooms!! I can not think of a better present than new daylilies. You are blessed to have someone to help. I can still do my work but I know it's just a matter of time. If I keep on falling off my garden stool, that time may be closer than I think You'd think after about the 10th time that I would surly learn, but no!! not me. I did it yesterday and it just plum hurt my feelings as well as my backside

James Hall got back Friday with his, mine, and Fred's from the Trimmers; they are huge of course. They are still in pots so I'll get them planted either tomorrow or Tuesday; have to get some more fertilizer.
