Looks like a Siberian Iris... They don't grow well here, so I can't help you with a cultivar name... It looks older..

There are a multitude of blue(ish) Siberian Irises. It's going to be next to impossible to put a name to this one unless there is more information to go along with the picture.

I lost the name and it isn't that important. I love the shade of blue. I guess that will have to do. Thanks for the input everyone.
