you've only got one! Making an agreement with your back is a good thing, and it will remind you (not so gently) if you do not hold up your end of the bargain. Hot water and wine, different and effective forms of liquid muscle relaxer!

I need a load or two of those tree trimmings. They aren't as easy to get around here because our area doesn't have a lot of trees.

Apparently, shoulders can be as persnickety as backs -- I seem to have overworked my right arm, according to my massage therapist. So I'm doing my best to be nice to it this weekend and tomorrow, becasue starting Tues I've got a project that needs both back and shoulders

Happily, it's a small project. I'm ripping up the carpet in the hallway, and bleaching the sub-flooring. Then laying down backerboard to walk on until I can afford tile. The hall's not very big. I would put it off, but have already made dog-boarding arrangements, and my little dog (who's now an angel) used the hallway as a bathroom, so the quicker I can get that carpet out, the happier I'll be. And on Thursday, I'm heading over to Casshigh's house to play in her daylily garden (and figure out how to use her new camera). But those are the only non-negotiable projects on my list for this vacation.
