I'm no expert but I kind of doubt that your little rose can be save. Thou I can't see it very well it looks like the crown is dead. Without living tissue in the crown the canes will slowly die back. I'm sorry but it looks as if you would be happier replacing it with a new one.

Yes. If you look closely, the remaining green canes are withering. I don't know what killed it, but it looks like, it be dead.

A wise gardener once told me:
"Look -- sometimes plants die. They just do. Don't beat yourself up about it -- plant something new and move on."
