I just looked at the 'New'' US hardiness zone map ???
It now appears I am warmer by a 1/2 zone than I have been the last 14 years??
So...do I change my information in the profile ?? or do you think my plants care ?? I have not noticed it being warmer except maybe this winter

The new map is more accurate and relies on more updated information. I don't think it's so much that your zone has changed, but that the accuracy has increased.

Our area changed from Zone 8a to 8b. I updated my profile to reflect that.

OK I'm now a 5b

We didn't change at all. We were 6a before and we are 6a still.

Yup, I was 8A before, and I'm 8A now. Kind of comforting, though.
