So this Hoya plant I got from the garden show has succulent leaves. My first time to ever have an Hoya plant. I was looking at the media they used to plant this one, and it was planted using a mix of orchid bark and perlite. So are hoyas normally planted this way, or should I move it to a typical cactus/succulent mix? Would really like to know anyone's experience growing this type of Hoya.

I have that Hoya too and it's a beauty even when not in bloom! I think the mix it is in will be fine.
