I bought a few from Michigan Bulb and was pleasantly surprised to get nice healthy plants. Very small, but with well developed roots and they all have survived.
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
I got mine last year from Great garden Plants. It was small to start but it grew fast and bloomed all summer. I think it is the same thing. It was called the Boomerang Lilac.
