I found some neat planter feet on Kinsman website.
I also added a railing planter.These are new for me.

I am not usually a cutsie stuff person but these just charmed me.

I added a wind spinner this year it has a dragonfly on it that appears to flap it's wings when it spins. We also are adding a few solar lights which we enjoy when sitting outdoors in the evenings.

Jo Ann the terracotta things you added really appeal to me as I like terracotta.

Solar lights are my next purchas. I had some cheap ones but they were worth what I paid.
The terrecotta planter feet are from Kinsman.

We started out with the cheaper plastic solor lights they did suprisingly well lasted 3 or 4 years outside year round. We now have the much better brighter lights made of metal and glass they should last longer. I wanted mine on taller stakes because I wanted them visible over my garden plants so we used pvc pipes that the lights would fit into. Painted the pipes with paint for plastic to match the lights sawed to the size we wanted works very well.

Thats a fantastic idea. I will look into it. I love light on the plants at night.
I had some from CristmasTree Shop that I could rotate to highlight the sculptures but they didnt light for long and when the plants grew taller the batteries didnt recharge so the spots were on for a really short time.I only paid about 7 dollars each so I didnt feel too bad when I had to pitch them.

You can get replacement batteries for solar lights we get them at Menards. I would think Home Depot, Lowes or other stores of this type would have them. The solar lights we have stay lit for a long time depending on how sunny the day was they are sometimes still burning at 3 or 4 in the morning.

Any solar stuff stops when day breaks.

I know that daylight hours are when the batteries charge the sunnier the longer the charge lasts into the night. What I like is when they stay lit until 3 or 4 in the morning, daylilght doesn't break that early here. When we get up during the night and look out those lights are still on it is nice.

I agree.The cheap ones I had would strobe at times and they lit up the bear sculpture.It was a kick to see the bear look like it was moving.

That would be pretty funny!

Some solar lights we draped over the arbor last night, so tonight will be the first night to see them lit.

My color changing set of four lights came yesterday got them from HSN. I am impressed they are a very nice size plus they can be hung, set on a table or put on the posts that came with the set. I have two of them hanging from a double shepards hook. Here is the website if you want to take a look.

I checked out Plow and Hearth they really have some nice things. Trouble is I already have so many garden decor items that I swap things out from year to year so at least something is different each year.
