In 3 weeks my plants have grown amazingly. When do I transplant to pots from the jiffy pellets? When can they be set out side?

personally I don't like anything jiffy.. would rather use seed starting mix, coir or potting soil.. but you can pot them up when they have true sets of leaves.. depends on what area you are from and what your temps are like .. to when you can set them outside to harden off
