Well, these cacti are tricky little buggers to ID sometimes. I didn't see your post over there, but I am inclined to agree with your thinking here. I got out my big cacti book and it's definitely something akin to that if not an exact match. Maybe the variety 'Jubilee'?

Thank you Tee...I'll add it under the general catagory as I very much doubt I can pin it down to a specific. Pretty little thing...don't really mess with cacti, but my friend was so proud to share I couldn't say no. When/if it needs a bigger pot he can do it Hilarious! Hilarious! Angel
