By stetchworth

I used to put coffee filters in the bottom of my flower pots to keep the soil in, but I found they disintegrated too fast, so I now use some landscaping fabric and it holds up much better.

Rick is an engineer. Nuff said? Hilarious!

I'm going to retire and live off of my savings. Not sure what I'll do that second week.

I put polystyrene pieces in the bottom of pots for drainage then cover them with a good layer of half-rotted leaves, this seems to let only the water out, not the soil.

I once happened to mention something to a new boss about "my favorite mechanical pencil".

"Oh" she said.

"You're one of THOSE."

There's nothing wrong with one of THOSE Rick. The world runs on engineers. We wouldn't be very far without them. Didn't an engineer invent the wheel? Thumbs up

My floor in the dorm had a "Nerd of the Week" position on the bulletin board.
