I found this awesome Agave in a yard, but don't know which agave it is. Can anyone help?

That's a pretty one.

It looks quite a bit like Agave parryi but the leaves aren't as broad as other parryi's I've seen.

It is an awesome agave. I am not familiar with these plants, but find this one amazing. The bloom stalk is gigantic, at least 12 feet tall. Just in two days the bloom stems are starting to spread out away from the stalk. It no longer looks like a giant asparagus. : )

It really is amazing how fast they go once they start the blooming cycle!

I've say the leaves are too tightly packed to be an Agave avellanidens.

which ever it is, be sure to post pics when it blooms. One bloomed on the main highway last year and I missed it...65MPH is too fast to "rubber neck" and no place to pull over Sad

I was going to photograpy it again today, but got busy with planting containers for my daughters new home. Will do it tomorrow. It is really branching out now. Lovey dubby
