Wish I knew all their names

Their names are *Beautiful*, Shannon. And all that matters is that you love 'em!

The purple on mine is actually much darker -- very much like yours. This photo was taken in bright, direct sunlight.

Number is not Jessies Song as the beard is all wrong

They were all named at one time. Then someone with a leaf blower scatered the tags

I do have a couple that I rescued from the house next to me when it was empty. The lady
that lived there before had a bunch of iris that she bred and a bunch of historics. I just could
not leave them there to be abandoned and not cared for . So now they have a home again
where they are loved I Love them all..

Dee -- the beard is all wrong for Jesse's Song on which photo -- hers or mine?

While waiting for Dee to answer that question, I decided to take a few photos of Jesse's Song to help Shannon see whether her Iris is like mine or not.

Here's a better picture of the color of mine. The focus isn't good on this.............



Then I tried to take a couple pictures of the beard on mine. I left the camera on auto-focus (and should change the setting if I knew how), so the photos are a little fuzzy, but the color shows pretty well.



Thought this photo of two buds -- one unfurling -- was kinda neat.


Wonder if the database wants pictures of buds -- think I'll check and see! Anyway -- Shannon hope this gives you some detail to check against yours!

#3 looks like *Silverado* -- is it? Beautiful Irises!!

Yes Mary Ann it is.. Some years it has a little blue and some years It is soo silver in color. I guess
with the crazy weather it wanted a little blue this year

The first one made me laugh it looks like Spock from StarTrek
