We are going to Ohio this week to spend some time with Karen (kqcrna) in her lovely gardens. Be sure to click on each image so you don't miss a thing. You will love all the color combinations.
Nice to see and enjoy your garden. The coleus combinations are outstanding...I especially like the blue flowered plant (aster?) with the butterflys around it...Your front of porch planting are a treat for the eyes also...A wonderful tour.

Thank you for all the nice comments on our humble yard, Ladies.
Vic, the pink flowered shrub by the deck is a dwarf Crepe Myrtle "Pink Velour". My husband bought it for me for my birthday a couple of years ago. The label says it only hardy to zone 7, but it has over wintered 2 years in that protected corner of our zone 6 yard.
Veronica, the butterfly-covered plant is Aster Bluebird.
Coleus seems to be the magic plant for our front yard. That area doesn't get enough direct sun for sun lovers like zinnias, but gets too much hot sun for full-shade plants. Sun Coleus just seem to thrive there.
