The rain is back. We are supposed to get a couple inches of rain (or more) through tonight. With the saturated ground that means we are back under a flood watch and also a gale warning for tonight. Sighing!

That doesn't sound good Jill. Try to stay dry! We're waiting on it to start sometime in the next hour or so. They have advisories and warnings up for flooding, ice jams, freezing rain, 1 to 2" of heavy rain, 30 to 50mph wind and power outages expected before it ends.

Tomorrow is the first day of winter. I'll plan on switching us over to a Winter Weather thread in the morning. If it's not up by 8am I most likely don't have power.....

Gosh that does not sound pleasant, Char. Crying

We were 76 f and sunny. Strangely they are predicting a slight possibility that Tucson may get a bit of snow in 8 days. Blinking

67/58 today. Steady rain all day. Wind has gotten up to 40 mph. Nephew drove his pickup to my brother's house, their dirt road washed out weeks ago. He got down there fine but it was a different story when the rain started and he tried to drive out. It took 2 tow trucks to get him out. D'Oh! Rolling on the floor laughing I do feel bad they have to walk the 1/8 mile through the mud to get home.

Raining, 37 and everything is slippery outside.
Had to look the word up, too. Who knew there was a word for that. Smiling 2 tow trucks...sounds like he buried it good.
