I think this plant is Haworthia attenuata, which is way more common in cultivation and can be distinguished by the upper surface of the leaves having bumps or ridges on top, and not smooth like H. fasciata. These plants are frequently confused but that feature is a sure fire way to tell them apart. I would like to propose moving this image to H. attenuata. I realize this is on the Mountain Crest web site but their ID is wrong.

There is a second image from the same source here, and it has the same bumps, so I would propose moving it as well.
