I really like the deep red Adenium. And the Crotons are very nice indeed.

Yes Sunset vine, I had one gifted to me and it died, probably got too cold.

Thornless crown of thorns plant, was frosted down last year but has rebounded

That adenium is to die fir I agree. I don't even try to grow plants like that anymore (except for Dyckia bromeliads) because I tend to overwater them terribly. My fave red orchid....the Coconut Orchid! Maxillary tenufolia

Croton are usually fine for me in the greenhouse (which, if you think about it, a greenhouse is a really big enclosed house, just with better light, humidity and better air movement). The thing that really gets buggy for me is Ti Leaves. I usually end up spraying them with Neem weekly it seems like, just sprayed them today, found mealybugs on one.

I would love to have a huge greenhouse like yours Lovey dubby That is funny. I have no problems at all with Ti. I usually even root some more in glasses of water in the winter and leave them in water until the spring.
Here is bromeliad red candles.

And here is some red cotton I grew this year. I just recently learned it is a perennial so I am going to try to over winter it.

Audrey, that rainbow shot is awesome. Thumbs up

When I had crotons indoors I found I had to take them into the shower and give them a good rinse at least once a month, sometimes more often, to keep the bugs at bay.

Love the red candles bromeliad Lovey dubby .

Gina, I just moved my red leaf Philodendron, wasn't getting any winter sun or irrigation where it was, already looks happier.

RED CANDLES!!!! That is my kind of bromeliad!!!! I had a Lady Margaret Passi, it was so aggressive, it grew out of the flowerbed it was in and up into the trees. I loved it. Then one season, we had a HUGE population explosion of Gulf Fritillary butterflies. They found my lady Margaret and descended on it like the hammer of Thor and ate it to the nubs. ALL of it. I thought it would come back from the roots, but it never did. They killed it utterly. But that's ok. I support all the butterflies, do not ever spray anything. In 2004 we had back to 4 hurricanes in Florida that decimated the butterfly population in all areas of the state. They have finally started to make a good comeback, here at least.

For those that liked the 'Irene Kingsley' Croton it is a bit of a trick to get the look pictured. Grow in to little light and the leaves will color all black. Planted in sun conditions very bright red and yellow coloration.
Here she is when I received her.
Thumb of 2018-10-18/ScotTi/5f8e2f
I really did not believe it was the same 'Irene Kingsley' I saw in a Croton collectors garden. I was assured that planting in filtered light would give the look I desired.
Also of note that the Croton floating around with the name of 'Satan' is believed by many collectors to be one and the same as 'Irene Kingsley'.

I read that. I looked it up and there was some sort of controversy about Satan vs Irene Kingsley. Where do you get these plants? I used see a lot of cool ones at the Fairchilds Gardens sales years ago that's where I got Picasso's Paintbrush
