I don't have the correct wording, other than I'm 'smitten' with this outstanding banner! Thumbs up Exceptional Dirt. Hurray!

Captivating. Love the "pink" though on my screen it appears lavender. Simply beautiful.

Thank you all!
This is the year that Daphne succeeded in consuming its companions. On the one hand I'm grateful to have such a happy daphne after 5 years Smiling but the poor ameria and asperula were overwhelmed and shaded. I tried to relocate them and they died. Sad

Interesting observation Arlene. On my supposedly 'calibrated' monitor they look fairly pink, but I just pulled it up on a different one and they do look a little more lavender Shrug!
What do the rest of you see?

Thank you all very much!

I think I may have figured it out--if it's not purple, to me, it's pink Hilarious!
and if it is supposed to be light blue but it's kinda purple and not really blue then I call it lavender...

I took a look at this
https://digitalsynopsis.com/de...
have no idea how 'correct' it is or not, but must confess that there are a lot of colors I name wrong *Blush*

I'd call the color of your banner blooms orchid.

The color names were interesting and the last category made me laugh.

Beautiful banner Dirt! I love the texture of the two together. Well done!! I tip my hat to you.

I would have said pink, but after looking at the color chart I need to update to lavender, with magenta in the daphne.

The last group is funny! Hilarious!

I knew I had a funny color reference. Apparently there are LOTS of shades of pink, according to JCrew:

who knew?
not me--

I'll go with orchid Thumbs up

There are a lot of pinks and I have a hard time coordinating them. Every once in a while I luck out and they look good together, but I often get some horrendous clashes
