I think this plant is Haworthiopsis (Haworthia) attenuata, which is way more common in cultivation and can be distinguished by the upper surface of the leaves having bumps or ridges on top, and not smooth like H. fasciata. These plants are frequently confused but that feature is a sure fire way to tell them apart. I am going to propose moving this image to H. attenuata. Please let me know if you have any comments or questions.
