I just picked up a packet of these seeds and I'll have a go at germinating them in the spring. Rainbow mix is the only variety I've been able to find in the shops...dies anyone have any pictures or feedback for plants that they've grown from this mix? There's 100 seeds so I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with them all yet!

I dont have pictures but i grew them a few years back.
Seems to me they gave a good variety of colours.
All 100 are not likely to germinate but you can do cuttings if you need more.

I don't have any photos either .. from my experience the seeds germinate and then seem to stall for a while.. don't give up hope .. they will get larger

@CarolineScott have your seeds germinated? I sowed mine last Tues and they're just beginning to come up today. I believe they are very slow growing at the beginning...

Not great germination here. I dont know if it is the seeds or something I have done.

Hmmm, I'm a complete seed sower novice but I just put them in seed compost in little pots on a window sill with cling film over them. I put 2 pots on a South facing sill and 6 on a North facing one. It's the 2 on the South window sill that have come up so I moved the rest there this morning.

So, the rainbow seedlings are coming on...some better than others. I have them on a sunny south facing window sill...should I keep them there? I read that the colours are more vibrant without too much direct sun but does that just apply outdoors? Thanks

I think they would be fine indoors in that window.. not sure of your day length now .. but by us they are good .. looking awesome
