Thank you guys. I did get some old ones from my mother's house but after her death the house was sold and some thing ate the ones I had relocated so I did not have a name.

The ones I have been buying do not have that strong fragrance.

Oldies Avalanche, (purchased from Old House Gardens) N. jonquilla x odora, "Campernelle, maybe N. jonquilla. The last two were growing on the property when we bought it, flowers have been here many years. They are small flowers, but have strong scent. We also possibly have N. tazetta, "Grand Monarque.' growing here which is a very old hybrid. The scent is heavy and when I brought it indoors, found it to be almost unpleasant, so better outside.
