I just have to say the plant sale prices were right and the people were nice. I stayed around talking more than usual and got a great deal on some plants plus freebies too! Karen

I was the lucky one!!! I got a beautiful pink canna & an Alocasia Nigra. Thanks Karen!!! I'm sorry I ended up missing your visit. I got caught in the backyard and it was awhile before I made it back to the barn. We ended up making $1200-$1500. I don't think it was too bad for the left overs from our different yards.

I love the Alocasia Nigra because I stored it in the backroom last winter with the dormant plumerias and brugs with no special care other than enough water to keep it from drying out and it grew lush and made pups. I had this beautiful plant in there with all the dormant plants which made it look nicer that`s for sure! I recommend that one for a houseplant near a window with some filtered sunlight coming through the window.

Last year hardly counts. It was the winter that wasn't. LOL!!! I always seem to over water EEs in pots. I'm gonna let it get a little bigger and then it's going somewhere by the pond. I think it will look good down there. Thanks again for coming to the sale and the plants!!!!
