In deference to the centuries of Japanese hybridizers/collectors, Hanashobu has been added as a common name for Japanese Iris in the DB. This should also increase the possibility of hits in a web search.
Should we do the same for Hosta? What other common names for Hosta are there, including in Japan? Dave can script this to add them to all genus Hosta.
