This is my first post and I hope you can help my ensette come back to health.
I bought her 5 months ago. About a month after the purchase, bottom leaves started yellowing- first at the edges, then the whole leaf would dry. The plant is still growing new leaves, which die after about 2 months the same way. The soil is moist, I feed her once a month. Recently she had spider mites which I treated but it still keeps growing new leaves and dying...
Could anyone help please?

Are you growing it indoors or outside? Please post a photo that shows the entire plant, including its pot.

If indoors, how close is it to a heat source? Heat vents tend to dry out the leaves pretty bad.
