red foliage is Continus x 'Grace'
Weeping yellow conifer is Cupressus macrocarpa 'Saligna Aurea'
The red to the left of the cypress is Nyssa sinensis, and the yellow foliaged shrub to the left of that is Chimonanthus praecox, or Wintersweet. The flowers should open in the next couple of weeks.
All off the tall trees in the background are Coast Redwoods.
