Well I was happy this morning, woke up to WET. Its not a good strong rain, but its a stead drizzle and all is soaked.

I would have a very, very hard time living away from the ocean. When it gets to the criteria, not many places I can live. No snow or ice, no high temps, no heavy traffic. Enough land to not see other people or hear them. The worst things about it here is the medical situation, Medford is really the only place to go and its almost 3 hours and on a road that is 2 lanes, very curvy and often closed in winter. And the second thing is its very hard to get out of here. Again, to Medford for the airport or Arcata. We are a long way from anything. But then. if we did not have these 2 issues, more than likely we would have too many people.

I like the Santa Rosa area, its a little warm for me and too far from the ocean but I like the towns and being close to great shopping and medical centers. The nurserys are awesome and I can just drive around for hours enjoying the gardens people have.

It seems that now is the wrong time to sell but the right time to buy. If one had the money to invest and could get something, then wait and hope real estate came back, one could do well, perhaps. Not an issue for me, I have property and NO money.

I was so surprised Jlo and Mark Anthony split, they put on a good show in public.
