Bee Culture magazine reports in their latest issue that scientists are saying that food that is pollinated by honey bees has higher levels of nutrition than crops pollinated by other pollinators.

I don't know about that but I know we are going to have a bumper crop of cantaloupes this year if we can keep the deer out of them. They topped some of my sunflowers down for me this morning. I've grown the same cantaloupes before and they did really well but nothing like this year's plants are producing.
