I'm asked a lot, how did I find/get so many rare and unusual plants .. the answer is seeds and patience.

I started doing that this year with Hibiscus. Very few people offer anything but Hibiscus. rosa-sinensis, H. moscheutos, and H. syriacus. Of course those are almost alway plants since most don't come true for seeds. But I have been able to find some hard to find species in seed form so I'm hoping to have a lot of varieties blooming in a couple of years.
